Email is the most common attack surface for data thieves. Phishing attacks are attempts to obtain data or system access. They come in many forms:
- Links to websites with little or no explanation
- Emails that appear to come from colleagues or friends
- Requests to answer questions about employees or office functions
- Fake bank or credit card emails asking you to confirm account details
Course Format
A fully interactive, timed module (18 minutes). Learners review realistic email scenarios and decide which are legitimate and which are phishing attempts.
