Getting data protection right from the start
Whether you are a startup, a newly founded company, or an established business that has neglected data protection so far — our onboarding brings you into GDPR compliance in a structured way. No chaos, no jargon, no unnecessary bureaucracy.
The goal: by the end, you know exactly where you stand, what you need to do, and what you are already doing correctly.
What onboarding includes
1. Analysis workshop (approx. 3 hours)
Together, we establish:
- What personal data do you process?
- What systems and service providers do you use?
- Who has access to which data?
- What is already in place, and what is missing?
2. Initial documentation
Based on the workshop, we create:
- Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs)
- Privacy notice for your website
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with your service providers
- Confidentiality undertakings for employees
3. Action plan
Whatever is still missing is prioritized: what needs to be addressed immediately, and what can be implemented within three months? You receive a clear, actionable list.
4. Employee training
A compact training session for your responsible staff — GDPR fundamentals, day-to-day obligations, and what to do in an emergency.
5. Final review and handover
All documents are reviewed with you and handed over — both digitally and print-ready.
